Thank you for visiting  our official HOA website.  Our website's mission is to provide a convenient way for our residents to stay connected and informed, and to provide everyone access to our governing documents, including those who are interested in becoming our future neighbors.

Cherry Tree is a lovely 100-home community with fast access to a wide variety of amenities without the congestion.  We are just 5 short minutes away from key superstores such as Walmart, Target, Kohls, Kroger, Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, as well as an abundance of dining options.  We are just 6 minutes from both I-465 and I-65 for quick access to Indianapolis, Greenwood, or other nearby destinations.  In 15 minutes, you can be at the Greenwood Park Mall, or downtown Indianapolis.

Member Registration:
If you are a member of our HOA (i.e. legal home owner), please select the "register" option at top right of this page.  After you register, please fill out the "New Member Registration" (bottom left option).  Note, we only allow one registered account per household, but you may share this one account among the current home owner's on record.  Note that for online surveys, each household is limited to one vote.
